Blaise' program has been an essential part of my training. It has allowed me to get stronger, which helped me in both my performance and in my ability to stay healthy and injury free.

During our fall testing, I made personal records of every test. I went from a 40...

Last summer, I worked with Blaise to get prepared for the upcoming hockey season. Before that, I was in and out of the gym and struggled with motivation to focus on my training. Blaise helped me get back into the rhythm of consistent workouts, and by the end of the summer, I saw huge improvements in my speed and explosiveness on the ice. I felt better physically and ...

I fully enjoyed training with Blaise everyday, he still brought the juice and kept the emotions positive even if it was a stagnant day. Trying to find a way to look positively always and really in a short amount of time turn me back into a performance ready athlete able to compete. I fully believe with a bit more training I will be pushing my limits through the ceiling.

About me

From the moment I received my first weight bench and supplements for Christmas at age 14, I’ve been passionate about understanding how the human body moves, grows, and excels. That passion led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois and become an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Show Up Fitness Certified Nutrition Coach (SUF-NC), and a Parisi Speed Certified Performance Coach.

My experience spans working with young athletes just getting started—some as young as 10—to adults focused on post-stroke rehabilitation and individuals looking to enhance their general health and wellness. Over the years, I’ve helped clients excel in sports such as hockey, softball, MMA, football, track, cross-country, baseball, boxing, basketball, soccer, pickleball, and golf, as well as those pursuing bodybuilding (hypertrophy) or simply striving to feel their best.

My goal is to provide every client with expert, personalized guidance that not only improves their performance but also empowers them to enjoy a healthier, more active life.
